Job Summary:

The Assistant Product Manager (APM) will be in charge of overall brand strategy & performance for its assigned brand, while working closely with the Segment Head. This role will lead brand strategy & planning, marketing program execution, financial management, and product management.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

1.  Brand Building & Development: Work closely with the Segment Head to build and develop the assigned brand.

  • Execute Awareness-to-Conversion Campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations, Ecommerce, Sales & Trade Marketing, Media, & other stakeholders.

2.  Marketing Program Execution: Lead consumer funnel program execution.

3.  Budget Planning & Monitoring: Monitor and analyze metrics; and manage brand Profit and Loss (P&L).

4.  Product Management: As product owner, the APM will lead decisions on the following:

  • Assessing and providing recommendations on product lifecycle
  • Co-develop actionable insights on portfolio management

Success Profile:

  • Strong experience in brand planning and program execution.
  • Work experience in data analysis with proficiency in spreadsheet and other quantitative analysis tools.
  • Self-driven while being a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrates agility & being an enthusiastic learner.

Qualifications:

    • Graduate of a 4 year degree course, preferred degree: Business Administration, Communications / Communications Tech, Management.
    • With at least 3 year of related experience in related fields/industry.
    • Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods marketing is a plus.
