Job Description
The E-commerce Marketing Officer implements all marketing and growth solutions to drive commercial success for ULSSI brands in the E-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise and knowledge in performance planning, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, livestreaming, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Drive E-commerce Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to boost brand discoverability and sales across platforms.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze sales data and key metrics to uncover trends, improve Return of Ads Spent (ROAS), and deliver actionable insights through performance reports.
- Maximize Media and Platform Tools: Utilize external media (e.g., Meta) and platform-specific tools such as livestreaming, video content, in-platform ads, and affiliate marketing to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Lead Affiliate Program Growth: Manage and expand the affiliate marketing program by recruiting partners, tracking performance, and driving strong affiliate contributions to overall sales. Collaborate with Account Managers and agencies to ensure campaign success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Marketing, particularly with knowledge and experience on major platforms.
- Proven ability in performance planning and analytics within an E-commerce framework.
