Job Summary:
The Webstore Associate will champion the development and maintenance of the ULSSI webstore. He/she will take on an e-commerce role – organizing, developing, and executing new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics. He/she will lead initiatives and implement strategies that make online transactions smoother. and possible.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- The Webstore Associate should be able to take responsibility for the presentation, content, SEO, maintenance, development, catalog and overall business health of key products and services being sold within the ULSSI webstore.
- He/she help scale some of the fastest growing personal care brands such as Myra, Celeteque, pH Care within the webstore platform.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, website UX trends, and maintenance> Development and monitoring of assets, writing and updating monthly marketing content and media strategies leading consumers to purchase.
- Working with cross-functional teams such as the digital transformation unit, e-commerce team, sales and demand enablers, marketing teams, and graphic artists to ensure cost-effective operation of processes and end-to-end fulfillment.
- Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Information Technology or any related field of study.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience, background in product management, digital marketing and e-commerce.
