Job Description
Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Business Development Specialist will be responsible for trade of terms negotiation, assortment expansion, campaign management, online store set-up and coordination, as well as other tasks in marketing and operations. He/She will also be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the ecommerce department. Goals of the position would be the following; to drive sales, increase revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction within these accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets, including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to clients.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align strategies and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course (i.e Marketing, Management, Communications Technology Management, Management Economics, and other related courses)
- With at least 2 years of solid experience handling E-Commerce marketplace accounts.
- Must be knowledgeable in accounts management, E-Commerce sales operations, and used to collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
