Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
- He/She is expected to provide a specialized function on digital market research such as but not limited to platform performance evaluation vis-à-vis impact to consumer’s brand perception and equity.
- The Consumer Insights and Market Data Analytics Officer (CIMDA) will handle both quantitative and qualitative market research projects from design to data gathering implementation to report writing and data interpretation and presentation of results whether in-house/DIY or agency-led.
- Proposes and designs tools and processes aimed at strengthening understanding of the customer segments.
- Provide in-depth analysis, data integration and recommend next steps from appropriate data sources such as Retail, Homepanel, Brand Health Trackers, Ad performance evaluation, Market Factors on identified business issues.
- The CIMDA Officer will also be tasked with client servicing, agency coordination and inter-department/unit collaboration.
Success Profile:
- With experience in the research field (agency side or combination agency-client side) preferably in customized market research.
- Work experience in data analysis & proficient in spreadsheet and other quantitative analysis tools.
- Self-driven while being a collaborative team player.
- Demonstrates agility & being an enthusiastic learner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Communication Research, Advertising, Communication Arts, Statistics, Math, Psychology or any Social Sciences.
- Has at least 4-5 years of experience in the research industry and has exposure/work experience on digital market research such as but not limited to Media Agencies, Ecommerce companies.
